Yes, it could be a Sims type world where you get to make the people to odd things for getting answers correct. Or maybe what they need is a boxing game. Every time you get an answer correct; you punch the opponent. When you are incorrect, you are hit. This would also work with a Doom type format where you battle through a maze of monsters. I think that would make it fun. What say you?
